Stephanie graduated from Indiana State University and received her license in 1992 right out of college. She was a Marketing Manager for a top real estate team for 4 years, then started “The Evelo Team” in 1998. Months later - her husband, Derek joined her as Team CFO.

As a recent Indiana University graduate, I was searching for something that I was passionate about and felt as though I could make a difference in people’s lives – real estate offered me that opportunity. I joined The Evelo Team in 2006 and thus began my real estate career.
I was very blessed to begin my career with one of the top ranked teams not only in the state, but also in the country. Our team takes a very unique path in helping clients with their real estate needs, we listen (which I believe helped guide me to The Drees Realtor Rookie of the Year award in 2006)! My greatest passion in life, however, is my family. I do love my work, but I enjoy spending time with my wife of 2.5 years, Whitney, and our one year old son, Colt. Being a father has truly changed the way I look at life and it is the greatest thing in the world. In my free time, I love golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
