Bailee Tofaute is a REALTOR® Partner with the Evelo Team, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Hamilton County, Madison County, and the greater Indianapolis area. Having grown up in Lapel and now calling Noblesville home, Bailee brings firsthand knowledge of the communities she serves and a strong connection to both Madison and Hamilton counties.

Before joining the Evelo Team, Bailee earned her law degree, developing skills that translate naturally to real estate. Her background strengthened her ability to research thoroughly, understand complex information, communicate clearly, solve problems, and pay close attention to the details that can make a significant difference in a transaction. She brings that same thoughtful and thorough approach to helping her real estate clients make confident decisions.

Bailee is also a real estate investor and owns a long-term rental property, giving her firsthand experience evaluating real estate from both a homeowner and investment perspective.
Known for her outgoing and approachable personality, Bailee is hardworking, dependable, and committed to advocating for her clients and their goals. She strives to make the buying and selling process clear, organized, and as stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Bailee enjoys spending time with her husband, Spence, and their two dogs, Finley and Bo.
