Terrance Perkey is the Senior Vice President and has been with the Evelo Team since 2016. Prior to jumping into real estate, Terrance worked in sales and owned a vehicle restoration and customization business. From these positions, he realized he loves to work with people to help them find exactly what they are looking for.
You name the location, and Terrance will be there! Terrance services all of Central Indiana. He has worked in Hamilton County the most frequently, where he has lived and worked for the past decade. Terrance specializes in residential home sales and all types of investors- holds, flips and short term rentals, but that is not all he can help you with. Terrance also assists in land and commercial real estate as needed by his clients. Terrance Perkey is amazing at negotiation, which is very important in the real estate world. He loves the process of figuring out the scenario and finding out what his clients need to help them WIN! Terrance is also always willing to be on the go at any moment to help his clients find their homes.
Terrance has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He has been married to our CEO, Hannah Perkey, for 12 years. They have two daughters, Skye and Allie. In Terrance's free time, he likes to buy and sell gold and silver. Terrance also loves sports, as he played football and ran track in college. Terrance and Hannah also bought and flipped the home that they currently live in.
