Kara Strother started on the Evelo Team in 2019 as Terrance Perkey's Executive Assistant. Kara helps Terrance with all of his residential, commercial and investment transactions. As an Executive Assistant, Kara manages the back end of Terrance's transactions and keeps him organized, so he can be out working with clients more.
Kara Strother has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior to working with the Evelo Team, Kara did not have any previous experience in real estate. Kara worked as a Registered Nurse for over 15 years. She took away her organization skills, hard work ethic and her ability to work with different personality types to her current position. Kara Stother is married and has two children. Kara loves the flexibility that comes with her position. She gets to work from home, so she is able to be present and manage things on the homefront, which she loves to do as well.
Kara loves to decorate and coming up with design ideas for homes. Kara and her family built their forever home, where she got to do just that. Terrance is working on several Airbnbs in the area, and she cannot wait to help with the decorating and design for those. Kara also loves to spend her free time with her two kids and husband.
