Bailee Tofaute serves as the Listings Manager for The Evelo Team, where she plays a key role in helping sellers prepare, market, and successfully launch their homes to the market. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences, Bailee works behind the scenes to ensure every listing is organized, well-coordinated, and positioned for success.
From managing listing timelines and coordinating vendors to overseeing marketing preparation and supporting clients throughout the process, Bailee helps ensure that every detail is handled with care. Her commitment to organization and communication allows sellers to feel confident and informed every step of the way.
A resident of Noblesville, Bailee is highly familiar with the North Indianapolis suburbs and the greater Indianapolis metro area. She enjoys helping homeowners navigate the selling process and takes pride in contributing to successful outcomes for both clients and the team.
Before joining The Evelo Team, Bailee earned her law degree, developing valuable skills in research, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. These strengths have translated seamlessly into her role, where precision, follow-through, and client advocacy are essential.
Known for her outgoing personality and approachable nature, Bailee enjoys building relationships and creating a positive experience for everyone she works with. Friends and colleagues describe her as hardworking, dependable, and someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to every project.
Outside of work, Bailee enjoys spending time with her husband, Spence, and their two dogs, Finley and Bo. She is currently pursuing her real estate license and looks forward to expanding her role within the industry while continuing to serve clients and support The Evelo Team's mission of delivering exceptional results.
