She was born in St. Louis, grew up in Scottsdale, moved back to St. Louis for College, and has resided in Indianapolis for 6 years. She plays an active role in schools, church, sports teams, and volunteering throughout the community. Meg was a former small business owner (daycare) for many years before becoming a licensed Realtor with the Evelo Team. As a Fishers resident for over 20 years along with her husband and their 3 boys, Meg has gained extensive knowledge of Fishers, Hamilton County, and surrounding Indy Metro area. As a Realtor, Meg has dedicated 8+ years helping clients buy and sell properties. Her business is based on more than 60% repeat and referrals from satisfied clients. Meg Hall exudes credibility, commitment, and determination. Most important to her is providing excellent service to her clients; by listening to their wants and needs she goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. Meg strives to ensure the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free as possible. Her first year in real estate was spent as the full-time listing manager for the Evelo Team, where she gained experience and expertly handled all of the team listings with efficiency and details. In her free time, Meg can be found at the baseball field cheering on her boys, boating on the lake with her family, or relaxing on a beach, but most certainly always looking for sunshine! Meg enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends. Mom of 3 boys, plus one cute mini-goldendoodle named Bentley. It’s all about the details for Meg as she loves to plan parties and events, so it’s no surprise she’s a coordinator of events for the Evelo Team and part of the social committee.

Prior to jumping into real estate, Terrance worked in sales and owned a vehicle restoration and customization business. From these positions, he realized he loves to work with people to help them find exactly what they are looking for. You name the location, and Terrance will be there! Terrance services all of Central Indiana. He has worked in Hamilton County the most frequently, where he has lived and worked for the past decade. Terrance specializes in residential home sales and all types of investors- holds, flips and short term rentals, but that is not all he can help you with. Terrance also assists in land and commercial real estate as needed by his clients. Terrance Perkey is amazing at negotiation, which is very important in the real estate world. He loves the process of figuring out the scenario and finding out what his clients need to help them WIN! Terrance is also always willing to be on the go at any moment to help his clients find their homes. Terrance has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He has been married to our CEO, Hannah Perkey, for 12 years. They have two daughters, Skye and Allie. In Terrance's free time, he likes to buy and sell gold and silver. Terrance also loves sports, as he played football and ran track in college. Terrance and Hannah also bought and flipped the home that they currently live in.

A lifelong resident of Indianapolis and a graduate of North Central High School and Indiana University, Bob is an ambassador to the Indianapolis community he loves! He is the mastermind behind many of the Evelo Team marketing initiatives and is constantly researching the latest tech-savvy techniques for providing the best exposure for his clients’ listings. Bob is a proven champion at assisting clients with visiting, selecting, purchasing, building, or selling a home. He has had a passion for real estate for decades, and has had the opportunity to be involved in numerous real estate related projects himself from completely gutting and renovating a 1940’s era bungalow, to owning and managing a handful of rental properties, and building a new home on his own lot. Before joining the Evelo Team in 2013, Bob worked in the corporate sector for nearly two decades as a manager specializing in contract negotiations, marketing, client relationship management, product development, and market analysis. During that time Bob negotiated contracts and business deals with companies such as the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Nike, Elvis Presley Enterprises as well as awarding winning journalists from the New York Times and USA TODAY. Bob aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and he takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals. When not working, Bob loves spending time with his wife Stephanie and daughter Claire. He loves to travel, whether it's a museum in Paris, a temple in Egypt, a beautiful beach in Belize, or a weekend trip to Chicago, he's always eager to plan his next adventure. Bob's goal is to touch ground on all 7 continents and all 50 states.
