• Homes sold for 97.9% of the asking price, slightly lower than last year’s 98.3%, with 16% of sales closing above list price.

• New listings were up 12.7% year-over-year, providing more choices for buyers.

• Active inventory reached 6,928 homes, a 21.3% increase from last year and a 4.1% increase from August, reflecting a 2.5-month supply of homes.

• Homes spent a median of 19 days on the market, up from 14 days in September 2024, giving buyers more time to make decisions.
